Jackson's Sweet Potato Chips are made from heirloom, non-GMO sweet potatoes, kettle-cooked in avocado oil and finished with a toss of sea salt. Nothing else goes in. The result is a sturdy, slightly sweet chip with a savoury edge and a proper kettle crunch.
They are gluten-free and hold up well to thick dips like guacamole or hummus, and they make a change from regular potato chips in a packed lunch. The natural sweetness of the sweet potato balances the salt, so a small handful feels like enough. Sold in a 142 g bag.
