About this supplement

MAG365 Kids is a fizzy magnesium drink powder made for children, in a passion fruit flavour the brand calls Fruit Splash. Alongside ionic magnesium citrate it brings in calcium, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and vitamins B1 and B6, so one small scoop covers several of the nutrients that help support growing bones and teeth.

The powder reacts with hot water to form ionic magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form, and then you top the glass up with cold water. It tastes fruity rather than chalky, which helps with kids who will not take tablets. It is made in Canada in small batches, 150 g per tub.
