MAG365 Bone Formula + Calcium is a magnesium and calcium powder from ITL Health with a 3:2 magnesium-to-calcium ratio. It is made for people who want calcium alongside their magnesium for bone health, including those training hard. Alongside the two minerals it contains potassium, boron, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vegan vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 (MK-7).

The magnesium is ionic magnesium citrate, formed when the powder fizzes in hot water. Stir, top up with warm or cold water and drink it like a raspberry lemon fizzy tonic, sweetened with stevia. 360 g tub.

How to use
Start by taking 2g (one teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g per day. Mix in a glass or mug with enough hot water to create a fizzing action. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy. If using cold water, allow it to fully ionize for approximately 20 minutes before drinking. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Each 4g serving provides 375mg of elemental magnesium.

Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate), Potassium (Potassium Bicarbonate), Calcium (Calcium Lactate), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc (Zinc Picolinate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), Boron (Boric Acid), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinones), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). *Magnesium carbonate and citric acid combine with water to create ionic magnesium citrate. Non-Medicinal Citric Acid, Citrus fruit extract, Raspberry extract, Steviol glycosides.
