Integrative Therapeutics Iron Complex is an iron supplement built around liquid liver fractions, a source of heme iron, the form of iron found in animal foods. It also includes non-heme iron as ferrous succinate, vitamin C to help with iron absorption, and folic acid and vitamin B12. Together these nutrients help support red blood cell formation.

It is designed to be gentle on the stomach and comes as a softgel to take with food. The bottle is safety sealed with an outer shrink wrap and an inner seal. Note that the softgel is gelatin-based with soybean oil, so it is not a vegetarian product.
