In The Raw Master Tonic, 500 mL

In The Raw's Master Tonic is a fire-cider style tonic made from six things: raw garlic, onions, horseradish, ginger, hot peppers and apple cider vinegar. Nothing is cooked out of it, so it is sharp, hot and pungent, and a little goes a long way.

Take it by the spoonful if you are brave, dilute it in warm water with honey, or put it to work in the kitchen as a fiery dressing or marinade base. This is the 500 mL bottle, the better value if you already know you like it; a 250 mL size is also on the shelf.
