Stamets 7 is the seven-mushroom blend mycologist Paul Stamets put together for daily immune support: himematsutake, cordyceps, reishi, maitake, lion’s mane, chaga and Phellinus linteus (mesima), in equal parts. As with all Host Defense products, these are certified organic mycelia grown on organic brown rice, dried and milled, and many people use it as a functional food to help support a balanced immune response.
