Healthology Lung-FX Formula, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

Lung-FX is Healthology’s formula for the lungs and airways. Each vegetarian capsule combines 200 mg of N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) with concentrated extracts of fenugreek seed, hyssop, mullein leaf and ginger, plus reishi mushroom fruiting body. Hyssop and mullein are traditional herbal expectorants; the blend is used to help support the lungs’ natural defences and help expel mucus.

The capsules are hypromellose, with rice hull powder and maltodextrin as the only other ingredients. Ninety per bottle, which is a reasonable stretch if you are taking it through the damp months.
