Healthology's Daily Fibre Blend is a plain, three-ingredient fibre powder: organic defatted flax seed, organic defatted chia seed and organic quinoa seed, ground together. No sweeteners, no flavours, no fillers. Each 8 g scoop is a straightforward source of fibre for anyone who finds it hard to get enough from food alone.

Flax, chia and quinoa also bring lignans, minerals and antioxidants along with their fibre. The powder has a mild, nutty taste and disappears into a smoothie, a bowl of yogurt or oatmeal, or soft foods. Stir it in and eat right away. Keep the tub sealed and dry.
