Harmony Menopause Day and Night from Martin & Pleasance is a two-part herbal formula for menopause. The day tablet combines rehmannia, chaste tree, dong quai, Chinese yam, peony and bupleurum with calcium, magnesium and vitamin D. The night tablet is built around rehmannia and ziziphus seed, a herb traditionally used for sleep.

It is made for women whose menopause symptoms include restless or disturbed sleep, alongside hot flushes and irritability. The pack holds 45 tablets. Martin & Pleasance is an Australian herbal company, and this is one of the menopause formulas we are asked about most.

How to use
Take 2 DAY tablets in the morning. Take 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs. Day tablet: Rehmannia glutinosa root 1.2 g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 100 mg, Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai) 200 mg, Dioscorea opposita root (Chinese Yam) 200 mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 200 mg, Bupleurum falcatum root 200 mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate 350 mg (equiv. calcium 81.6 mg), Calcium amino acid chelate 50 mg (equiv. calcium 10 mg), Magnesium amino acid chelate 50 mg (equiv. magnesium 10 mg), Cholecalciferol 2.5 mcg (Vitamin D3 100 IU). Night tablet: Rehmannia glutinosa root 7.6 g, Ziziphus jujube seed 10 g.
