About this product

Shilajit is a mineral pitch that seeps from Himalayan rock: plant matter compressed over a very long time and rich in fulvic acid. Harmonic Arts sources theirs wild-harvested in India and purifies it the traditional Ayurvedic way, heating the raw material with triphala to draw out impurities, then cold-water extracting it under pressure to remove fibre and concentrate the fulvic acid.

The result is a fine brown powder standardized to 3 percent fulvic acid. Harmonic Arts describes it as helping to support memory, intellect and learning ability. Stir a small measure into a glass of water or milk and take it with food.
