About this product

Reishi (ling zhi) has been studied in China for more than 2,000 years and is known there as the “Mushroom of Spiritual Potency”. It is used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen, and is traditionally taken to support vitality. This concentrated powder is a 12:1 water and alcohol extract of organic reishi fruiting body, so one small serving carries the equivalent of 4,500 mg of mushroom.

Reishi is the bitter one of the family. It works best stirred into hot chocolate, a latte or a strong coffee, or blended into a smoothie with something sweet. One serving a day, with food, is what the label calls for.

  • 45 g concentrated powder
  • Organic reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), fruiting body
