Liver TLC is a bitter herbal tincture blend built around milk thistle seed, with dandelion root, burdock root, turmeric, Oregon grape root, astragalus and artichoke leaf. Milk thistle and its companions are traditionally used in herbal medicine to help support liver function and healthy digestion. The herbs are organic or wild harvested, extracted in organic cane alcohol and pure spring water, and the blend is handcrafted on Vancouver Island.

The label directs you to take it in warm water before meals, the way bitters are traditionally taken. Expect a strong, bitter, slightly peppery taste from the turmeric and Oregon grape.
