Gold Top Organics Flax Oil, 250 mL

Gold Top Organics Flax Oil is pressed from organic flax seeds grown in Western Canada. It is cold pressed without light or oxygen, and it is not refined, bleached, deodorized or filtered, so what is in the bottle is the oil as it came from the seed. It is non-GMO, trans fat free and a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Flax oil is not a cooking oil. Use it cold: drizzle it over salads or steamed vegetables, stir a spoonful into a smoothie or oatmeal, or whisk it into a dressing. Like all flax oils it belongs in the fridge once opened, and it is best used up while fresh.
