A high-potency fish oil from Genestra in liquid form, for people who would rather take a teaspoon than swallow large capsules. It supplies EPA and DHA in the triglyceride form, with vitamin D added, and it tastes of natural orange rather than fish.

Per Genestra, the omega-3s help support cognitive and cardiovascular health, and the vitamin D helps maintain immune function and bone health. DHA also helps support the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children up to 12. The bottle has an anti-spill pouring spout. Keep it in the fridge once opened.
