MenoRelief is Genestra's multi-system formula for the menopause years. It is clinically shown to help reduce symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, low energy, difficulty sleeping, irritability, difficulty concentrating and muscle and joint discomfort.

The formula combines three botanicals: Affron saffron extract, standardized for its crocin and safranal content; MS-10, a complex of Korean thistle and thyme extracts; and passionflower, which is traditionally used as a calmative during times of mental stress. Each vegetable capsule delivers all three, so the routine stays simple. For adult women 18 and over.

How to use
