Genestra HMF Intensive Powder is a higher-count probiotic meant for short stretches of intensive use, though it can also be taken for longer-term maintenance. Each 1 g scoop provides 25 billion CFU across four strains: two of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis. The only other ingredient is maltodextrin.
