HMF Forte is Genestra's medium-strength, long-term maintenance probiotic. Each capsule provides 10 billion CFU from four proprietary human-sourced strains: two strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, with fructooligosaccharides (FOS) added as a prebiotic.

It is meant to help re-establish and maintain a normal intestinal flora and support gastrointestinal health in adults and children six and older. No refrigeration is necessary, and potency is guaranteed through expiration, which makes it an easy one to keep in a bag or at the office.
