Galerie au Chocolat's Matcha Green Tea White Chocolate is a creamy white chocolate bar with matcha green tea powder stirred through, made in Canada from fine Belgian chocolate. The matcha gives it a soft green colour and a gentle, grassy bitterness that keeps the white chocolate from being too sweet. Five ingredients, no preservatives.
Eat it a square at a time, or melt it for a matcha drizzle over shortbread. It is Fairtrade, non-GMO, gluten-free, peanut-free and soy-free. It contains milk and may contain tree nuts.
