About this product
Galerie's Fair Trade Milk Hot Chocolate is not a powder. It is pure milk chocolate shaved into fine flakes, meant to be melted into hot milk or cream for a rich, European-style cup. The chocolate is made from cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soya lecithin and natural vanilla, and it is Fair Trade.
Warm milk in a small pot, whisk in a few spoonfuls of the shavings until they melt, and pour. The milk chocolate makes a sweeter cup than the dark version. The shavings also work melted over ice cream or folded into whipped cream. The 200 g pack makes a good host gift through the holidays. Keep it cool and dry.
