Four O'Clock Herbalist Nursing Mama Herbal Tea, 16 Tea Bags

Nursing Mama from Four O'Clock Herbalist is a herbal tea for breastfeeding parents. It blends organic chamomile, rosehip, sweet fennel, moringa leaf, holy thistle and anise with a fenugreek extract and a natural flavour. Fennel, fenugreek and holy thistle are the traditional heart of the blend, and it is used in herbal medicine as a galactagogue to help promote milk production.

The cup is mild and lightly sweet, with a soft anise note from the fennel and anise, so it is easy to drink warm or cooled over ice. Steep a bag for a few minutes in freshly boiled water. Sixteen tea bags per box.
