Food For Life's Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin loaf is the sweeter sister of the original Ezekiel bread. It is made from organic sprouted wheat, barley, millet, lentils, soybeans and spelt, with organic raisins and cinnamon folded through. There is no flour and no preservative in the ingredient list, and the sprouted grains give the bread a dense, moist crumb.

Food For Life lists its glycemic index at 43. It is at its best toasted, with butter or nut butter, and it makes a good French toast. Keep it in the fridge or freezer and toast slices straight from frozen.
