Flourish Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix - Buttermilk

A classic buttermilk pancake and waffle mix, made with more protein than the usual box. Flourish builds it on non-GMO whole wheat flour with whey protein isolate and milled flaxseed, adds buttermilk powder for that familiar tang, and sweetens lightly with organic erythritol, so there is no added sugar.

Stir half a cup of mix with a little less than half a cup of water or milk, cook on a lightly oiled pan or in a waffle iron, and top as you like. The mild flavour works for sweet stacks with fruit and syrup and for savoury pairings with eggs. Contains dairy and wheat.
