Flora Organic Red Beet Crystals, 200 g

Flora Organic Red Beet Crystals are made by pressing the juice from freshly harvested organic beets and drying it into fine, instantly soluble crystals. One 200 g jar is made from about 2.6 kg of fresh beets, so a spoonful goes a long way. They taste naturally sweet and earthy, the way a good beet does.

Stir them into water, juice or a smoothie, sprinkle them over oatmeal or yogurt, whisk them into soup or salad dressing, or eat them dry off the spoon. The crystals keep the naturally occurring nitrates, trace minerals and vitamins of fresh beet juice. They absorb moisture readily, so close the cap tightly after each use.
