Flora Flor Antacid Peppermint Flavoured Chewable Tablets, 90 Count

Flor Antacid from Flora is a chewable antacid tablet with a peppermint flavour. The active minerals are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, both from dolomite, and the tablets are free of aluminum and sodium bicarbonate. The rest of the tablet is sorbitol, apple pectin, acacia, a plant-source magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and peppermint oil.

It is made for occasional heartburn. Rather than shutting off stomach acid, it buffers it, and the pectin and acacia form a light foam that sits on top of the stomach contents. The tablets are chewed, and the peppermint leaves the mouth fresh. Ninety tablets per bottle.
