Enzymedica Digest is a broad digestive enzyme blend in a vegetarian capsule. It combines amylase, protease, lipase and cellulase with lactase, alpha-galactosidase and several other enzymes, so it covers carbohydrates, fats, fibre and protein in one formula.

The enzymes are taken with meals to help support the body's own digestion and the breakdown of food into nutrients it can absorb. The capsules contain no egg, dairy, soy, wheat, gluten, yeast, nuts, corn, artificial colours or flavours.

How to use
