Ener-C Orange is an effervescent vitamin C drink mix in single-serve packets, 30 to a box. Each packet gives you 1,000 mg of vitamin C along with B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, potassium and other minerals, flavoured with real orange juice powder and sweetened with cane fructose and monk fruit.

Empty a packet into a glass, add water, let it fizz and drink. The flavour is zesty and tangy rather than sweet. People keep a box in the cupboard for travel, after a workout, or through the winter, and the packets are easy to tuck in a bag. Take it with food as the label directs.
