Eden Organic Dried Dark Red Kidney Beans are grown by family farms in Michigan and New York, in mineral-rich soil. A large, kidney-shaped bean with a mild, sweet flavour and deep red skin, it is the classic chili bean and holds its shape through long cooking.

Soak overnight, drain and simmer until tender, then use in chili, soups and stews, salads, dips and refried beans. Kidney beans are low in fat and a source of protein and fibre. Keep the bag sealed, or move the beans to a jar, in a cool, dry cupboard.
