Dr. Bronner's Organic Shaving Soap in Peppermint is a smooth shaving gel made without synthetic ingredients, certified by the same National Organic Program that certifies food. Organic shikakai comes from the seed pods of the small South Asian tree Acacia concinna; extracted in organic sugar and grape juice, it gives the razor a soothing, moisturising glide. The sugar also lends the soap its caramel colour.

Underneath is Dr. Bronner's Pure-Castile soap base, which lifts and wets the hair so the blade can do its work. Organic peppermint and spearmint oils leave a cool tingle afterwards.
