A liquid, pump-dispensed blend of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) and L-theanine from Designs for Health, both known for promoting mental and emotional calm without dulling focus or attention. The liposomal delivery wraps the ingredients in phosphatidylcholine, and it is designed to be held in the mouth for half a minute before swallowing.
