Berb-Evail (now labelled Berberine-Evail) delivers 400 mg of berberine per softgel, from Berberis aristata root. Berberine is not easy for the body to absorb on its own, so Designs for Health uses its Evail technology: a base of MCT oils, non-soy lecithin and vitamin E tocotrienols, without the surfactants some liquid formulas rely on.

It helps support cardiovascular health and healthy lipid metabolism. It is a practitioner-line product, and directions are in the how-to-use section. The softgel is gelatine, so not vegetarian. Free of gluten, dairy, soy and GMOs.
