About this product

Prenatal Pro from Designs for Health is a complete multivitamin and mineral for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to conceive. It provides folate as active 5-methyltetrahydrofolate rather than synthetic folic acid, iron as gentle chelated bisglycinate, and the rest of its minerals as true chelates for better absorption. Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin, and there is choline, iodine, vitamin D, mixed carotenoids and vitamin K1.

It is built to support a healthy pregnancy and normal early development, with amounts guided by established recommended intakes. A practitioner formula, so check with your practitioner or midwife about fit. Directions are in the how-to-use section.

How to use
Recommended Dose: Adult Females: Take four cap- sules per day, two twice a day with meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
