Designs for Health OmegAvail Ultra is a fish oil softgel that delivers the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in their natural triglyceride (TG) form, the same form they take in fish. Designs for Health calls this TruTG; the point is that TG-form oils are more readily digested and absorbed than the ethyl ester form used in many lower-priced fish oils.

The oils are molecularly distilled and filtered to remove metals, pesticides, PCBs and other contaminants, and mixed tocopherols are added to protect them from oxidation. It is a source of omega-3 fatty acids to help support brain and skin health. Each bottle holds 120 softgels, taken with meals.
