NeuMag (formerly NeuroMag) is Designs for Health's brain-focused magnesium. It uses Magtein, a patented magnesium L-threonate, a form chosen because it is better than other magnesium forms at crossing the blood-brain barrier and moving magnesium into brain cells. Each vegetable capsule provides 48 mg of elemental magnesium from 667 mg of Magtein.
