About this product

GastroMend-HP is a Designs for Health formula for the stomach lining, combining botanical extracts with nutrients. Each capsule carries mastic gum, vitamin C, S-methylmethionine (sometimes called vitamin U), deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL) and zinc L-carnosine. It is used in herbal medicine to help relieve stomach pain and heartburn associated with indigestion.

It is a practitioner-line product, and Designs for Health suggests taking it before meals. Directions are in the how-to-use section, and our team can help if you are unsure whether it suits you. Free of gluten, dairy, soy and GMOs.

How to use
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice a day before a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For use beyond 2 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Medicinal ingredients (per capsule): Mastic gum (Pistacia lentiscus, sap) 250 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 125 mg, S-Methylmethionine chloride (vitamin U) 50 mg, Deglycyrrhizinated licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root) 37.5 mg, Zinc L-carnosine 18.75 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), tricalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide.
