B-Supreme from Designs for Health is a full B-complex that supplies most of the B vitamins in their coenzymated, already-active forms, so the body does not have to convert them first. That means folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, B12 as methylcobalamin, B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate and riboflavin as riboflavin-5-phosphate, along with thiamine, niacinamide, pantothenic acid and biotin.
