Cyto-Matrix Bio·B Matrix HP, 90 Vegetable Capsules

Bio·B Matrix HP is Cyto-Matrix's high-potency B complex, with every vitamin delivered in its active, ready-to-use form. That means benfotiamine, a fat-soluble version of B1, riboflavin-5-phosphate for B2, pyridoxal-5-phosphate for B6, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate for folate and methylcobalamin for B12, along with B3, B5 and biotin.

Inositol and choline (as VitaCholine) are added, two nutrients that work alongside the B family in the nervous system. B vitamins are cofactors in the reactions that turn food into energy, and because they are water-soluble they need replacing daily. The full serving is three capsules a day. Capsules are vegetable-based, tinted with chlorophyllin.
