Crofter's Morello Cherry Spread is an organic fruit spread with morello cherries as the first ingredient, sweetened with organic cane sugar and set with apple pectin. It is slightly chunky, a bright red in the jar, and lands right between sweet and tart. You taste the cherry first and last.

Spread it on toast or a warm scone, stir a spoonful into plain yogurt or oatmeal, or use it between cake layers. Keep the jar in the fridge once opened.
