Conestoga Farms Organic Eggs are extra large eggs from hens raised to organic standards, sold in a half-dozen carton. Organic laying hens are fed certified organic feed and have room to move, which is what the label on the carton stands for.

Extra large eggs suit anyone who likes a generous fried egg or a fuller omelette; for baking, keep in mind that recipes are usually written for large eggs, so a half-dozen extra large will go a little further. Store them in the fridge in the carton and use them by the date on the box.
