Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos is a soy-free seasoning sauce made from just two ingredients: organic coconut tree sap and sea salt. It looks like soy sauce and does a similar job, but it is a little sweeter, noticeably less salty, and free of soy, wheat and gluten.

Use it anywhere you would use soy sauce or tamari: stir-fries, marinades, fried rice, salad dressings, dipping sauces and bowls. It is a staple for paleo, gluten-free and soy-free kitchens, and it is vegan. Because it is milder than soy sauce, you may want a touch more than the recipe calls for. Refrigerate after opening.
