Chosen Foods Traditional Mayonnaise is a classic mayo made with avocado oil in place of soybean or canola oil. The rest is what you would expect from a good homemade mayonnaise: cage-free egg yolks and whole eggs, organic distilled vinegar, organic mustard, salt and a little rosemary extract.

It is thick and creamy with a neutral flavour, so it behaves like regular mayonnaise in sandwiches, tuna or egg salad, coleslaw, devilled eggs and homemade aioli. Keep it refrigerated after opening.
