ChocXO's Lemon Creme Cups pair a 72% dark chocolate shell with a creamy, lemon-infused white chocolate centre. The dark shell brings the depth and the lemon centre brings the brightness, so each cup lands somewhere between a lemon tart and a truffle. Freeze-dried lemon, lemon oil and a touch of clementine oil give the citrus flavour.

Each cup has just 4 g of sugar, and the chocolate, cocoa butter and fruit are organic. They are a good after-dinner sweet with tea or coffee, and they hold up well in a lunchbox. Store somewhere cool. The white chocolate centre contains milk and soy.
