Celtic Sea Salt Fine Ground Vital Mineral Blend is a fine, dry sea salt with no additives. It is not processed beyond drying and grinding, which is why it keeps a light grey tint and a fuller flavour than a refined table salt.

The fine grind pours from a shaker and dissolves quickly, so it is the everyday salt for cooking, baking and the table. If you are switching from table salt, use about the same amount and adjust to taste. Keep the 227 g container closed in a dry cupboard, as sea salt draws moisture from the air.
