Castle Kitchen's Sugar Free Classic Caramel is a dark hot chocolate mix with a caramel note and no sugar added. It is sweetened with monk fruit and stevia extracts instead, so a cup is rich and chocolatey without the sweetness landing heavy. Cocoa, acacia fibre, natural flavour and a pinch of sea salt make up the rest.

Like the rest of Castle Kitchen's mixes it is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan, so you choose the milk. Stir a couple of spoonfuls into hot oat, almond or dairy milk and whisk until smooth. It also works as a mocha base with a shot of espresso.
