Cape Herb & Spice Season It All is the grinder for when you cannot decide which seasoning to reach for. Sea salt and black peppercorns are the base, spiced up with mustard and coriander seeds, roasted onion, garlic, red and green bell peppers and a hint of chilli. The result is a rounded, savoury blend with a little warmth.

It works as a table seasoning, ground over eggs, soups, salads or roasted vegetables, and just as well rubbed onto meat, fish or tofu before cooking. With salt and pepper already in the mix, it is often the only seasoning a weeknight dinner needs.
