CanPrev's Prenatal Multi is a multivitamin built for the months before, during and after pregnancy. It supplies 24 vitamins and minerals in the forms the body absorbs best, including folate as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and vitamin B6 as P5P.

It also carries calcium, magnesium, iodine, choline and a gentle citrate form of iron. Together these nutrients aid in the development of tissues, red blood cells and bones and help meet the extra demands of pregnancy and nursing. The formula is vegan and free of dairy, gluten and GMOs, and CanPrev is a Canadian company. The serving is two capsules twice a day.
