It is a creamy, peach and mango flavoured emulsion you can squeeze onto a spoon, swirl into yogurt or a smoothie, or freeze into a popsicle. It is a source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA for the maintenance of good health.

Each teaspoon carries 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA from sardine and mackerel oil, plus vitamins D3 and E. Directions
