CanPrev Magnesium + Vegan D3 & K2 is a bone formula in one capsule: 125 mg of magnesium as gentle TRAACS bis-glycinate (buffered), 500 IU of vegan vitamin D3 and 60 mcg of soy-free vitamin K2 as MK-7 (K2VITAL). The three work together, with D3 helping you absorb calcium and K2 helping direct it to bones and teeth.
