About this product
CanPrev Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 400 Ultra Gentle is a magnesium powder for people who want a high dose in the gentlest form. Each scoop provides 400 mg of elemental magnesium as TRAACS magnesium bis-glycinate chelate, the form bound to the amino acid glycine, which CanPrev chose for its gentle absorption. The only other ingredients are citric acid and silica.
Magnesium is involved in hundreds of enzymatic functions in the body, including energy production, muscle function and nervous system health. Mix the powder into water or juice at whatever time of day suits you; many people take it in the evening. The 240 g tub is a good choice if capsules are a bother.
