CanPrev K2 Drops provide vitamin K2 as MK-7 (menaquinone-7), 30 mcg per drop, suspended in MCT oil from coconut to help this fat-soluble vitamin absorb. The K2 is K2VITAL, made by organic synthesis from non-soy plant oils, which gives a pure, stable, all-trans form of MK-7.

Vitamin K2 plays a role in bone metabolism, working alongside vitamin D3 to help direct calcium to bones and teeth, and in normal blood clotting. Drops are handy if you already take a D3 drop or want to adjust your amount easily; they can go straight in the mouth or into food.
