CanPrev Fibre Feel, 325 g

CanPrev Fibre Feel is a soluble fibre powder made from a single ingredient: organic acacia fibre (Fibregum). Each scoop gives 5 g of fibre, and it mixes into water, juice, oatmeal or a smoothie.

It is a source of fibre that helps stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria such as bifidobacteria in the gut, and helps in the maintenance of good health. CanPrev formulated it to be FODMAP friendly, leaving out the fructose, fructans, sorbitol, mannitol and lactose found in some other fibre products, so it is meant to be gentle. The label gives directions for both children and adults, and it is best taken with a full glass of liquid.
